Costco Mike

As someone who takes their bike trips seriously, I've always carried a manual pump to ensure I never get stranded with flat tires. However, when I stumbled upon the Fantic S100 Apex tire inflator at Costco, I thought, 'Could there be a more effortless way?' So I took the plunge and purchased this digital device for $40. What I found was more than just an inflator; it was a game-changer for my tire maintenance routine! TL;DR: The Fantic S100 Apex tire inflator from Costco offers convenience and versatility for anyone needing to inflate various types of tires, but it has some limitations worth considering. 1. First Impressions: Unboxing the Fantic S100 Apex When I received the Fantic S100 Apex inflator, my excitement was palpable. Opening the box felt like unveiling a new gadget. I couldn't wait to see what was...

I really like these because they're relatively light weight, easy to put together, holds up to 150 lbs per shelf, made in the USA, and very affordable.   These have been used outdoors for over a year. They pair well with other Greenmade products sold in Costco. I have personally custom made some dolly's to use for the garage so that I can make them mobile. They are just some 2x4s, screwed together and some wheels.  I chose to do a two Greenmade Shelf configuration.

Today I came across a new, not even mentioned on Ninebot's website ES3 Plus.  I looked at the stats, technical details and they appear identical to the ES4.  I could find no other reference for the ES3 Plus other than Costco.com where you can purchase for $599.99. An even better deal right now is for a real ES4 for $499.99 at Amazon right now.   But of course you don't get the generous return policy Costco has. In case you're wondering if its worth it, I think its the best electric stand up scooter in its price range right now for the general public.

These go on sale about once a year lately. My wife swears by them for makeup removal.  Sale expired 10/18/2020. I recommend setting a reminder every October to stock up. #664635 They go for much more typically on Amazon.  You can check the price for these here. Today I visited the Costco in San Leandro and was welcomed to some special Valentine's Day treats available for purchase. Long Stem Strawberries dipped in chocolate, chocolate mousse cakes, velvet mouse cakes. What was nice to see was a decent selection of flowers and flower arrangements made available by the local contracted grower/florist were also available for purchase.

No more eneloops for now it seems.  Energizer has taken over the Costco battery aisle with recycled batteries.  I believe consumer reports or some other review focused organization gave these a top rating, especially since Eneloops had sold out to Sanyo (I believe years ago). $29.99 price for the set, which looks really similar to the old Eneloops set. 6AA and 4 AAA included, the rest are spacers. 2000 mAH AA 800 mAH AAA Also note these are on promo from time to time.  $9 off from time to time. Check out prices on Amazon for these batteries here.

The Ninebot ES electric kickscooters  are very good last mile transportation devices.  I've tried the Ninebot ES4 and that one is a beast - its a popular choice for the scooter rental company Byrd and others I'm sure. But this one is the ES3, which is an ES1 plus Extended Battery.   It still makes it a great deal and you can't lose by buying from Costco. If you live in a hilly area though , skip this and get the Ninebot ES4 .

Casper mattresses are one of the most recommended, and top rated memory foam type mattresses around.  I spotted these for sale at our local Costco in Monterey Park.  Great price! No King size in stock though, just Cal King.

This almost sounds too good to be true. I bet there is a gotcha somewhere in there, but without opening the box and checking the insert, its difficult to tell for sure. My guess is ordering each replacement spice incurs a shipping and handling fee, which probably costs about as much as getting the spices from a local grocery market. Still for $27.99, including rack and spices its a decent deal if you use what they offer.  I might personally use about half a dozen or so of these spices at any time - but I'm no home chef.  I leave that to my wife.
